SHIPPING

All orders both U.S. and international are shipped via USPS. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped, with a tracking number if available through the Postal Service. We aim to process all orders in 2-3 business days. Delivery times will depend on shipping method chosen at check out. International orders may take up to 2 weeks due to customs.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Order

Once we ship an order it is out of our control and in the USPS’s hands. We truly wish we could be more helpful. 

If you think your order might be lost or delayed please contact USPS.

All orders are packaged with care, but there are occasions where items may be damaged in transit. If your package is damaged from shipping, you can file a claim with USPS here.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or accept returns, but we do offer exchanges so long as they are made within 30 days of your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition. We are not responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Each shirt listing has a size chart so you can find your perfect fit. Please carefully consider sizing prior to ordering.

Order Changes

If you would like to make changes to an order, please email orders@ddmdapparel.co and include the order number. Due to the small window between order receipt and processing, we cannot guarantee that changes can or will be made in time. Otherwise, please review your order carefully before checkout. 

Local Pickup

If you are in the Denver area and would like to pick up your item, email us at orders@ddmdapparel.co and let's see what we can arrange. Our goal is to establish local pick up points in the future.
